In the late 1980s, The Lobby Lounge of the Mayfair Regent reigned as New York City's premier destination for Afternoon Tea, drawing the elite—Socialites, Artists, Politicians, and Celebrities alike. Adjacent to the renowned Original LeCirque restaurant, it was my privilege to serve as one of its young managers. Those cherished memories inspire us to continue this tradition, now honored through our Tea in the Parlor at South Shire.
